What now?
What now? After a great achievement, how do you choose what to do? I've reached a crossroads: degree, work, marriage.
Where do we want to get to? Which projects and actions advance us there? Time, attention, money, and more are precious resources; you can't do everything. My approach: Reverse Engineering.
Step 1. Understand the big goals. What/who is important to us? Who do we want to be? Step 2. Map out the resources we have and that are unique to us. Step 3. Choose projects and areas that advance us toward our goals or interim goals along the way.
I've mapped out 5 directions that serve my goals.
- Work at Aqua Security: Continuous learning and development with cool technologies and good people.
- Google Developers Group Haifa community: Volunteering, technical aspects, and promoting the periphery.
- VC Club non-profit organization: Entrepreneurial side, strengthening the ecosystem and Israel.
- Content creation: Stepping out of my comfort zone, documenting my work, and adding value.
- Skool community: A single place for documentation and insights from all areas.
