Springboard. This was my answer to the question:
Springboard. That was my answer to the question: "How would you summarize TechGym in 1 word?" The question came up at the community's mid-cycle and round table meeting at Riskified.
I am a member of several communities. I am more active in some and less active in others. I even manage one (actually more, but 1 main one).
The amount of value and potential in participating in TechGym is among the highest I've experienced. It's incredible that it's free.
- Broadening horizons and deepening our knowledge in our field from lectures by colleagues from the ecosystem. - The opportunity, guidance, and support to learn and deliver a lecture ourselves. - Meeting colleagues in fields parallel to ours and also not parallel to ours.
Definitely a springboard with immense value potential.
