"What's the point of attending these conferences?" There's a high overlap between the content of these conferences and future market adoption. Not 1-to-1, but it's been evident from the last two years that I've been attending conferences.
Beyond great content from lectures, demos, booths, and workshops... There's a huge concentration of colleagues from our ecosystem worth meeting. Both socially and for professional discussion.
The intersection between what's presented at conferences and the discussions with experts... provides an interesting glimpse into the future, based on which... a lot of value for practical application can be found.
Today, in the world of AI, you can run very fast. The question is where you're running (what you're working on) and how we can keep running without stopping along the way. (AI is an expensive endeavor, so we need to be efficient)
